TRAINING PROGRAMS

  • Fall XC

    Fall Cross Country

    Aug - Oct

    The Fall Cross Country session is an 9-10 week program focused on training for and competing in cross country races. Throughout the season, athletes are able to come alongside other dedicated athletes for quality workouts focused on building endurance, speed, and core strength. The program also offers opportunities for the athletes to compete as a team in cross country meets both locally and across the state.

  • FALL XC EXTENSION

    Oct-Dec

    As fall temperatures drop, athletes often hit their fastest times, and some of the best cross-country races take place across the state and nationally. The Fall XC Extension is a 9-10 week program designed for athletes to continue training through December and compete in post-season events. This is a great chance to train alongside dedicated teammates and work with some of the best athletes and coaches in the Triangle (2023 & 2024 National Champions).

  • Winter Track

    Jan-Mar

    For many young runners there are not many opportunities to train throughout the winter months. The Winter Track session is an 8 week program designed to help athletes continue to build upon their endurance in preparation for spring track and other sports. In addition, athletes will have the opportunity to compete in some local and national indoor track competitions.

  • Spring Track

    Mar-May

    The Spring Track session is an 9-10 week program open to youth athletes who want to train for outdoor track or who want to increase fitness and speed for other sports. Training consist of endurance running, speed drills, form drills, core strengthening, stretching & race strategy. In addition to training, athletes will have opportunities to compete in local track meets. This program is open to all athletes (4th-12th) and skill levels.

  • SUMMER RUN CLUB

    Jun-Jul

    Champions are made in the summer! The Triangle Elite Summer Run Club is a 8-week program that provide athletes an amazing opportunity to train throughout the entire summer with other dedicated athletes and under the guidance of experienced coaches. This is one of our most popular programs as we balance quality workouts with lots of fun! This program has helped many high school and middle school athletes over the years develop a love for running and has helped set them up for great cross country seasons in the fall.

  • THE LAB (HIGH SCHOOL ONLY)

    Aug-Oct

    The Lab is a weekly training session designed specifically for high school distance runners who want to become stronger, faster, and more resilient while continuing to compete for their school teams. Most high school programs have limited time to fit in the "extras" that can make a big difference over the course of a season. The Lab focuses on those often-overlooked areas, including: Sprint mechanics and wickets, Speed development, Plyometrics, Functional strength, mobility & recovery. Beyond the training, it's an opportunity for dedicated runners from schools across the Triangle to come together each week, challenge one another, have fun and enjoy being part of a community that shares the same passion for running.

  • PERSONAL COACHING

    Monthly

    Our personal coaching includes: customized training plans tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Bi-weekly coaching calls for check-ins, feedback, and accountability. Goal setting and race planning support. Access to training app for seamless workout tracking and communication
