Experienced. Passionate. Focused on helping your athlete develop.

For more than 15 years Coach Josh Estep has helped youth athletes discover what they are capable of. Whether your child wants to win championships or simply learn to love running, our goal is to help every athlete leave practice or coaching session more confident than when they arrived.

With four national team championships, eight consecutive boys' and girls' state meet titles combined across four seasons, multiple regional championships, and a remarkable record of team victories, our program has established itself among the nation's leading youth cross country programs.

Since launching in 2021, Triangle Elite has demonstrated that exceptional coaching, consistent training, and a strong team culture can produce sustained success at the highest levels of youth competition.
